RECOVER-ME BARRIER CREAM

This cream is amazing and is the reason why I went back and ordered all the rest of the products. It makes an almost immediate difference on the skin. It is lightweight and not oily but it hydrates and gives me skin a healthy glow and shine (my husband even noticed a difference on day 2). It also keeps my skin looking bright and refreshed all day. It is a daily essential. Once I paired it with the toner spray and the glass serum, I realized I am hooked. Bonus win is I am going make up free most days now.

My favorite finish over CORRECTV is Barrier Cream. The serum gives me the plush recovery layer, and this smooths over it without flattening the cushion or making the combination feel heavy. I wait for CORRECTV to set, then use two or three pumps depending on how dry my skin feels. The next morning, my face feels soft, protected, and evenly moisturized. I don’t wake up with residue on my pillow or an oily film around my face The pairing feels complete on its own.

The slip and cushion are so luxurious, you think "oh this is going to take forever to absorb" and then I am telling you within 30 seconds all you feel is silky smooth perfectly hydrated skin. It supports the skin without creating a slippery base, which is exactly what I need from the last skincare layer before protection.

I have extremely oily skin around my T-zone and live in a very humid place (good 'ol Florida) and yet, I also have rough, dry areas. I normally cant handle any kind of moisturizer because inevitably it will make my skin even more oily and I end up with drippy, separated makeup. Yes, it is gross. I tried this cream from Alchemy thanks to a mutual friend of mine and the founder. I also tried the cleanser and the crystal serum. I really dont know what to say. This has actually changed my skin type. I have no idea how this worked the way it did. I have tried, who knows, how many products. Thousands at this point. Nothing could balance my face. Nothing. This did. I am genuinely in awe. The first time I noticed it was at a wedding. It was hot af and humid af and we were at a hotel where the ceremony and cocktail hour were outside. I went inside to touch up my makeup because I usually have to every hour and as I was walking inside I walked past a mirror and had to do a double take. My makeup, maybe for the first time in 30 years, didn't need to be touched up. It didn't need anything. It was flawless. I am still amazed. I have another event coming up this August and I really hope to get these again. I only had samples and I just can't believe what it did for my skin. Just can't believe it.

The silkiness and moisture from this cream is without a doubt the best cream I have ever used. The biggest surprise was that it goes from day to night with the same hdyration. I started out using 3 ot 4 pumps which was quickly overdoing it. I went to 2 pumps and it was more than enough. The absorption was quick and left my facea nd my hands silky smooth. I only took off 1 star because the container makes a strange puff noise and i think air comes out of th bottle. Not sure if that is a defect.
