What order should I use the products in?
Barrier Cleanser → Green Tea Hydrating Mist → Crystal PDRN Glass Serum → Recover-Me 3S CORRECTV Complex → Barrier Cream or GHK Night Cream.
You will not use every product in every routine. Your ritual card will show which formulas belong in the morning, evening, or on treatment nights.
Do I need to use the entire collection?
No. The Alchemy Method is designed as a coordinated system, but every ritual can be adjusted around your skin, schedule, and level of intervention.
Essentials I establishes the daily foundation. Essentials II keeps that foundation intact and adds more concentrated evening signaling.
How should I introduce new products?
Introduce one new formula at a time and give your skin several days to become familiar with it before adding another.
This makes it easier to understand what your skin responds well to and prevents multiple concentrated formulas from being introduced at once.
What is the difference between Crystal and Recover-Me?
Crystal PDRN Glass Serum is the hydration and luminosity serum. It is designed to flood the skin with water-binding support and leave it looking smoother, fresher, and more reflective.
Recover-Me 3S CORRECTV Complex is the intensive evening corrective serum. It is plush, cushiony, and built around PDRN, plant-derived extracellular vesicles, peptides, and overnight recovery support.
Crystal is glass skin. Recover-Me is recovery.
What is the difference between Barrier Cream and GHK Night Cream?
Barrier Cream is the daily moisturizer. It supports hydration, comfort, and the skin barrier without feeling overly heavy.
GHK Night Cream is the more concentrated evening cream, built around copper-peptide signaling and overnight barrier support.
Why does GHK Night Cream need refrigeration?
GHK Night Cream contains a concentrated copper-peptide system that benefits from controlled storage.
Refrigeration helps protect the formula from unnecessary heat exposure and maintains the intended product environment over time.
Is Alchemy 21/12 suitable for sensitive or reactive skin?
The line was designed with barrier support and visible calm at its foundation.
However, sensitive skin can still respond to concentrated peptides, botanical materials, niacinamide, exfoliating acids, or other active ingredients. Introduce products gradually and review each formula individually.
Does the line cause purging?
Most Alchemy 21/12 products are not designed around the accelerated exfoliation mechanisms commonly associated with purging.
New congestion, bumps, or irritation should not automatically be interpreted as a necessary adjustment phase.
What should I do if I react to a product?
Stop using the newest product and return to a simplified routine.
Once the skin has fully settled, the product can be reassessed carefully. Seek professional medical advice for severe, persistent, or rapidly worsening reactions.
Will my entire order ship together?
Yes. Products in the same order will generally ship together.
The complimentary Go Bag may ship separately.
How will GHK Night Cream be shipped?
GHK Night Cream is cold-chain shipped with dry ice to protect the copper-peptide formula during transit.
Follow the storage instructions included with your order and refrigerate the product promptly after delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
No. Alchemy 21/12 currently ships within the United States only.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled before fulfillment begins.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, we cannot make changes or cancel it.
What is your return policy?
Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Are Alchemy 21/12 formulas cruelty-free?
Yes. They are cruelty-free and always will be.
Alchemy 21/12 does not test finished products on animals, and our ingredient suppliers do not test on animals either.
