These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of alchemy2112.com, including any purchases made through the website.
Throughout these Terms, “Alchemy 21/12,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME]. “You” refers to any visitor, customer, or other person who accesses or uses the website.
By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies incorporated into them, including our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
Do not use the website or place an order if you do not agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Website Use
You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to use this website or make a purchase.
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not use the website, its content, or its services:

3. Individual Results and Skin Compatibility
Skin and hair responses vary by individual. Product performance may be affected by skin condition, sensitivities, routine, environment, application, and other factors.
We do not guarantee that every customer will experience a specific result.
Review the product description, directions, warnings, and ingredient list before use. Patch testing and gradual introduction may be appropriate, particularly for sensitive or reactive skin.
Discontinue use if significant irritation or an adverse reaction occurs. Seek appropriate medical care for severe, persistent, or rapidly worsening symptoms.
4. Research and Product Claims
The website may discuss published studies, supplier testing, laboratory research, ingredient-level findings, in-vitro studies, ex-vivo studies, or human research conducted on individual ingredients or other formulations.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these studies did not evaluate the finished Alchemy 21/12 product.
Ingredient research explains formulation rationale and does not guarantee identical finished-product results. Individual results may vary.
5. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, ingredient information, colors, textures, packaging, sizes, and images accurately.
Natural ingredients, botanical materials, ferments, peptides, and other active materials may create minor variations in color, scent, texture, or appearance between batches.
Packaging, labels, ingredient sourcing, and product specifications may be updated when reasonably necessary, provided that the product continues to meet applicable requirements and the description presented at the time of purchase is not materially misleading.
6. Prices and Availability
All prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, product availability, gifts with purchase, and offers may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order already accepted by us.
Products and promotions may be limited in quantity. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it.
We may limit the quantity of products purchased per person, household, account, payment method, or order.
7. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase and does not guarantee acceptance.
We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
- Payment problems
- Resale activity
- Shipping restrictions
- Incorrect customer or delivery information
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the canceled amount to the original payment method.
You are responsible for providing current and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
An order may be changed or canceled only before it enters fulfillment.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be changed or canceled.
9. Payment
You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the total amount shown, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
Payment services may be provided by third parties whose own terms and privacy practices also apply.
We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Alchemy 21/12 currently ships within the United States only.
Order-processing estimates and anticipated delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, address problems, product availability, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Products in an order will generally ship together. A Go Bag may ship separately and may have separate tracking information.
Risk of loss and responsibility for the package transfer according to applicable law and the carrier’s delivery process.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable shipping address.
11. Cold-Chain Products
GHK Night Cream is shipped through a cold-chain process using dry ice.
You are responsible for monitoring delivery, opening the package promptly, and refrigerating the product according to the included storage instructions.
Dry ice may dissipate before delivery. Its absence at the time the package is opened does not, by itself, establish that the product is damaged or unsuitable.
Contact cs@alchemy2112.com promptly if the product arrives damaged, unusually warm, leaking, or otherwise appears compromised.
12. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
In summary:
- Eligible unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Opened or used skincare products are not returnable
- Prior Return Authorization is required
- Customers pay return shipping
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days following inspection and approval
- Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Complimentary gifts are not returnable
- A purchased Go Bag may be eligible for return if it otherwise meets the policy requirements

13. Promotional Offers and Complimentary Gifts
Promotions, discount codes, gifts with purchase, and complimentary items are subject to the terms displayed with the offer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Offers cannot be combined
- Discounts have no cash value
- Complimentary gifts are available while supplies last
- Complimentary gifts are not returnable or refundable
- We may modify or end an offer before an order is placed
- Abuse, manipulation, duplicate-account activity, or fraud may result in cancellation
If a qualifying purchase is returned, we may require the associated complimentary gift to be returned or deduct its stated retail value from the refund, as permitted by the published offer terms and applicable law.
14. Intellectual Property
The website and its contents are owned by or licensed to Alchemy 21/12 and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Protected materials include the Alchemy 21/12 name, logos, product names, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, artwork, formulations as expressed or documented, page designs, written content, video, audio, icons, and other original materials.
You may access the website for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, sell, license, scrape, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
15. Customer Submissions
When you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you represent that:
- You own the content or have permission to submit it
- The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- The content does not infringe another person’s rights
- The content is not unlawful, defamatory, deceptive, threatening, or malicious
You grant Alchemy 21/12 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, and distribute that content for business, marketing, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate for the website.
16. Reviews and Promotional Disclosures
Reviews and testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee that another customer will receive the same result.
Where a reviewer received a product, discount, incentive, or other material benefit, the relationship should be disclosed as required by applicable law.
We may label reviews or testimonials to identify promotional, gifted, incentivized, or verified-purchase relationships.

By using the website, you acknowledge that your information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers involved in operating the store, processing payments, fulfilling orders, providing customer care, preventing fraud, and delivering website functionality.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, current, or error-free.
We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, pricing errors, product descriptions, or availability information at any time.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website when reasonably necessary.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
Except for warranties that cannot legally be excluded, we disclaim implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alchemy 21/12 and its owners, employees, representatives, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
22. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alchemy 21/12 and its owners, employees, affiliates, representatives, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful use of the website
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your infringement of another person’s rights
- Content you submit
- Fraudulent or unauthorized activity associated with your account
This provision does not require indemnification for conduct for which indemnification is prohibited by law.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction and venue provided by applicable law.
I intentionally did not add mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. Those provisions should not be inserted casually and should be reviewed by California counsel before publication.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
25. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
26. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies and notices referenced in them, constitute the agreement between you and Alchemy 21/12 concerning use of the website and purchases made through it.
27. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our practices, services, products, or legal obligations change.
The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
